What is your return policy?
In the rare event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased online, you may return the item(s) directly to 29 Gifts. You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for refund, provided the merchandise is unused, in original condition, and is returned in the original shipping container.
Damaged / Defective Product: All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will replace a damaged item if available.
It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to insure that the merchandise be packaged for shipment in a manner as to protect it from possible shipping damages. In the event a product is returned damaged, no credit will be issued. A copy of your original email invoice must be included in the box with the returned merchandise. Please indicate on the invoice whether you would like credit or an exchange for a different item.
29 Gifts strongly recommends that you use a traceable method such as UPS for return shipment in order to ensure and track the return of your merchandise. 29 Gifts is not responsible if your shipment is lost in return transit.
Is 29 Gifts a non-profit organization?
29 Gifts is a division of Brightside Communications, Inc. We are not a 501(c)3 charity. Any purchases or other fees you pay on our site are not tax deductible. We have chosen NOT to structure ourselves as a 501(c)3 charity because we are entrepreneurs who believe wholeheartedly that conscious commerce can be a powerful force for positive change on our planet.
